There are moments in life when compassion becomes a path, and for Dr. Delia Su Hwei Tchzee, that path has shaped not only who she is but also how she leads her company, Eminence Wealth Advisory. Guided by sincerity and the courage to act, she has built a business grounded in trust and humanity, where generosity is woven into every decision and every relationship. Her journey is one of inner strength expressed through service, kindness, and a genuine desire to uplift the community around her.

Her dedication to charity began long before her entrepreneurial journey. At the age of nine, she watched her mother rescue stray kittens and puppies, caring for them with tenderness and patience. Those early memories planted a seed of compassion that would later grow into a lifelong mission. In 2013, moved by the suffering of abandoned animals, she formed a small rescue group in Kuching called SOS (Save Our Strays), together with two other women. Every Saturday, she drove her old red Proton Saga with plastic sheets lining the back seat, gloves and towels always ready, searching for strays who needed help. It was grassroots, sincere, and driven entirely by heart.

Her charitable involvement continued to blossom. She participated in meaningful events such as the Zumbathon Charity for SOS  and the Bau Town Charity Event, and in 2014, she joined Lions Club Ixora, Kuching, where she contributed to numerous Lions Club charity projects over the years. Her way of giving has always been hands-on, offering her time, energy, and consistent presence to uplift both animals and people in need.

Alongside her charitable work, she built her career with the same values of trust, responsibility, and sincerity. As the founder of Eminence Wealth Advisory, she believes that doing good and running a business share the same foundation. In her view, kindness, responsibility, and integrity are not separate from professional life, they are deeply intertwined. Whether she is advising clients, supporting her team, or rescuing animals, the intention behind her actions remains the same: to make someone else's life better.
