Trust and delegation did not come easily, but over time, she realised that actual growth required leaders, not just employees. By establishing structured SOPs, investing in continuous training, and building a culture aligned with the company’s goals, she transformed her business into a systemised, team-driven organisation capable of scaling sustainably.
Today, Piel Perfecta’s achievements reflect her vision and discipline: six outlets across Sabah & Johor, a team of over 30 members, and four core leaders who can operate the business independently. For Charlene Chea, however, her most incredible pride is not expansion; it is witnessing her people rise with her. Many of her team members have transformed their own lives, earning what they deserve, purchasing cars, and even buying their first homes through the career opportunities she created.
